Abstract
This Law, of 17 sections. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) prohibits the hunting of protected wild animals unless under permition detailed in sec.3. Section (3) provides for hunting licence procedures and requirements. Section (4) prohibits hunting within 500 meters from a camp, a house or a garden or within 100 meters from a house or a graveyard. Section (5) prohibits hunting with poisons, drugs, traps, nets, glue and explosives or pursuit in a motor vehicle is forbidden. Sections. (8) and (9) provide for prohibition of trading in wild animals. The Minister may grant, restrict or cancel licenses and permits, Sectios (10) to (11) gives powers for the appointing of inspectors. Sections (12) to (14) provide for offences or presumption of hunting offences and penalties. The Minister of Agriculture may delegate his powers and is charged of the implementation of this Law, and the last updated version of the Law introduces some changes to this article.
