Yarkon River Authority Auxiliary Law - 1994

This Auxiliary Law, of 11 Secs. makes provisions for the maintaining of the Yarkon river banks. Section (1) gives definitions. Secs. (2) and (3) provide with prohibitions related to materials and substances not to be introduced to the river. Section (4) regards individual commitments. Secs. (5) to (7) provide with administrative procedures. Section (8) gives inspection powers to the Authority’s Director or to an Inspector appointed by the Director. Secs. (9) to (11) provide with penalties and administrative procedures.
