Abstract
These Rules contain provisions on the powers and duties of the Chairman and Secretary of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority and also include further provisions on the registration process for exporters of agricultural and processed food products including the manner in which the registration may be granted or cancelled.
