Bihar Land Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Bihar Act 15 of 2012).

This Act amends the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (principal Act). In section 15 of the principal Act, the existing provision is numbered as sub-section (1) and thereafter, sub-sections (2) to (7) are added. This section provides for execution of order passed by the Competent Authority in cases that include unauthorized and unlawful dispossession of any settlee/allottee, apprehension that the settlee/allottee of any land may be dispossessed, partition of land holding, boundary dispute and other cases as mentioned therein.
