Bihar Land Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Bihar Act 18 of 2015).

This Act amends the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (principal Act). In section 2 of the principal Act, sub-sections (e) and (f) containing definitions for Allotted Land or Settled Land and Allottee or Settlee respectively are amended. Clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the principal Act is amended. A new section 15A is added after section 15 of the principal Act, which provides for punishment for obstruction in execution or willful disobedience or non-compliance of the final order passed under the Act.
