Bihar State Water and Sewage Board (Repeal) Act, 2017 (No. 3 of 2018).

This Act repeals the Bihar State Water and Sewage Board Act, 1982 (Bihar Act 56,1982). All assets, liabilities etc. shall be merged into the Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation. Anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the repealed Act shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day or which such thing or action was done or taken.
