Abstract
These Rules amend the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 (principal Rules). Clauses (n) and (p) of Rule 4 are substituted. Schedule II to the principal Rules is amended and Health Care Facilities having less than ten beds shall have to comply with the output discharge standard for liquid waste. Schedule III to the principal Rules is also amended.
