Abstract
This Act, consisting of 3 Sections, is enacted to give maximum economic benefits to the persons affected by acquisition of agricultural land in rural areas for the purpose of encouraging development work under various schemes of the State of Chhattisgarh.
The Compensation to be given to those whose land is acquired under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No. 30 of 2013), in case of rural areas, the factor by which the market value is to multiplied shall be 2.00 (Two).
