Electricity (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Act No. 57 of 2003).

This Act amends the Electricity Act, 2003.
Amendments shall include: minor word changes to section 14; insertion of a new provision after the fourth provision of sub-section (2) dealing with distribution licences; substitution of section 121 with a new section on powers of the Appellate Tribunal; minor word changes to section 135; substitution of sections 139 and 140 with new sections on offences and penalties for negligently wasting electricity; and insertion of a new provision in section 146.
