Abstract
These Rules amend the Environment (Protection) Second Amendment Rules, 2025 (principal Rules). Schedule I of the principal Rules is amended which substitutes the effluent standards for caustic soda. Schedule VI is also amended in Part B, relating to Wastewater Generation Standards, and Part C, relating to load based standards for caustic soda.
