Fertiliser (Control) Fourth Amendment Order, 2013.

This Order amends Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1985, namely: in clause 32A, in sub-clause (2), the following provision shall be inserted: "Provided that the Appellate Authority may entertain an appeal after the expiry of said period of thirty days if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within that period".
