Abstract
This Act amends the Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964 (principal Act). Clause (23) of section 2 of the principal Act is amended. Sections 4A and 60C of the principal Act are omitted. A new section 60E relating to duties, functions and powers of Mamlatdar is inserted after section 60D of the principal Act.
