Goa Agricultural Tenancy (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Goa Act 33 of 2021).

This Act amends the Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act, 1964 (principal Act). The long title of the principal Act is amended by substituting the expression Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu, with the words State of Goa. The short title contained in sub-section (1) of section 1, the expression Daman and Diu are omitted and sub-section (2) is substituted. Similar amendments are carried out in clauses (8) and (17) of section 2. In section 18J of the principal Act, sub-clause (d), of clause (ii) of sub-section (2) is substituted. Sub-section (3) of section 26 of the principal Act is amended by replacing the first proviso.
