Goa Ground Water Regulation (Amendments) Rules, 2005.

These Rules amend the Goa Ground Water Regulation Rules, 2003 (principal Rules). In Rule 4 of the principal Rules, relating to application for transport of water, sub-rule (1A) is inserted after sub-rule (1) and sub-rule (4) is inserted after sub-rule (3). In Rule 9, relating to application for sinking a well, after sub-rule (2), sub-rule (3) is inserted which provides for the list of documents to be accompanied with the application. Forms V, VI and X appended to the principal Rules are substituted.
