Abstract
These Rules further amend the Haryana (Prevention and Control of Water Pollution) Rules, 1978. The amendments are in respect of Qualifications and other terms and conditions of service of Chairman; Educational and other qualifications for appointment, pay, allowances and tenure as Member Secretary; the composition of Appellate Authority; and location of Headquarters of the Appellate Authority.
