Abstract
This Act is enacted to amend the Himachal Pradesh Water Supply Act, 1968 (Act No. 8 of 1969).
The existing section 4 of the principal Act shall be omitted. The Section 2, 5, 6,11 are amended, covering the provisions for handing over the water supply schemes to local authorities, levy of water rates, etc.
