Infant Milk Substitutes, Feeding Bottles and Infant Foods (Regulation of Production, Supply and Distribution) Amendment Act, 2003 (Act No. 38 of 2003).

This Act amends the Infant Milk Substitutes, Feeding Bottles and Infant Foods (Regulation of Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 1992.
Amendments shall include: new definitions in section 2; substitution of the words “feeding bottles” with the words “feeding bottles or infant foods” throughout the Act; minor changes to section 6; changes to section 7 on educational material relating to infant food; minor changes to sections 9, 20 and 24.
