Insecticides (Amendment) Rules, 2015

These Rules further amend the Insecticides Rules of 1971. These Rules include certain missing definitions that were missing in the 1971 Rules. Furthermore, the Rules amend the forms to be submitted for the purposes of applying for registration of insecticides, application for the grant of license to manufacture, form for the insecticides licence to sell, stock or exhibit for sale or distribute insecticides, including stock and use of insecticides for commercial pest control operations, etc.
