Abstract
This Order details the process for obtaining license to operate fair price shops in the State of Karnataka and also details out the criteria of people eligible to be allotted fair price shops. Additionally, the Order also provides for the assignment of ration cards to the eligible persons residing in areas near the fair price depot.
