Abstract
This Act is enacted to provide for requisitioning of water supply during scarcity for drinking purposes from any wells, tanks and storages of water.
Section 3 provides for the power to order supply water to public for drinking purposes from any well during scarcity. Section 4 gives the guidelines for making such orders.
