Maharashtra Water Conservation Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2018 [Maharashtra Act No. LII of 2018].

This Act amends the Maharashtra Water Conservation Corporation Act, 2000 (principal Act). In section 2 of the principal Act, clauses (d) and (h) are amended. In section 4, relating to members of the Corporation, clause (b-1) is inserted in sub-section (1), and sub-sections (2), (3) and (4) are amended. Section 5 and 7 of the principal Act are amended. Sub-section (2) of section 8 is substituted and section 17 is amended.
