Abstract
These Rules provide for the conditions of service of Chairperson and Members of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority established under Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005. These Rules lay down the provisions for pay and allowances; accommodation; leave; pension and gratuity; conveyance and other necessary allowances.
