Abstract
These Regulations set out the procedure for fixing Criteria for Bulk Water Tariff and issuance of tariff orders by the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (Authority). It also provides for the procedure for review of the Tariff Orders passed by the Authority.
