Abstract
This Notification provides for the establishment of the Dahanau Taluka Environment Protection Authority and defines its internal composition.
The Dahanau Taluka Environment Protection Authority shall protect the ecologically fragile areas of Dahanau Taluka, control pollution and report about its activities to the Central Government in the Ministry of Environment and Forests.
