Abstract
This Notification makes minor amendments to the Notification of the Ministry of Environment and Forests regarding coastal zone regulation.
Paragraph 2, sub-paragraph (ix) shall be substituted with a new paragraph on the mining of sand in the Union Territory of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Minor amendments have also been made to Annexure I under the heading “CRZ-IV Andaman and Nicobar”.
