Abstract
This Notification is issued in accordance with the Section 61(a) of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002.
The Notification declares that the Central Government authorises the officers specified in the Notification, to file complaints with regard to offences punishable under the Biological Diversity Act, within the areas of jurisdiction specified in the Notification.
