Notification S.O. 15(E) establishing Dwarka, Probander, Bombay, Ratnagiri, Mangalore, Vasco-da-gama, Cochin, Ramanathapuram, Madras, Visakhapatnam, Jagatsingpur, Tamluk and Port Blair as the places for purposes of the said section.

This Notification, in exercise of powers conferred by section 21 of Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981, (No. 42 of 1981) establishes that offences may be tried in the following places: Dwarka, Probander, Bombay, Ratnagiri, Mangalore, Vasco-da-gama, Cochin, Ramanathapuram, Madras, Visakhapatnam, Jagatsingpur, Tamluk and Port Blair as the places for purposes of the said section.
