Notification S.O. 3611(E) specifying the ports of: Okha, Porbander, Mumbai, New Mangalore, Goa, Cohin, Tuticortn, Mandaparn, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradeep, Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata, Puducherry, Kakinada, Krishnapatnarn, Nizarnpatnarn, Karaikal and Gopalpur, as specified ports for the purposes of clause (m) of section 2 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981.

This Notification, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (m) of Section 2 of the Maritime Zone of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981 (42 of 1981) and in supersession of the earlier Notification published vide number S.O. 2888(E), dated 13th November, 20O9 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) of the Extraordinary Gazette of India, the Central Government, hereby specifies the ports of: Okha, Porbander, Mumbai, New Mangalore, Goa, Cohin, Tuticorin, Mandapam, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Paradeep, Haldia, Port Blair, Kolkata, Puducherry, Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Nizampatnam, Karaikal and Gopalpur, as specified ports for the purposes of the said Act.
