Notification S.O. 5494(E) of 2022 amending the Island Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2019.

This Notification amends the Island Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2019. It amends paragraph 3 and adds clauses (xx) and (xxi) in sub-paragraph (III) of paragraph 4 relating to permissible activities. In paragraph 7, relating to the clearance for permissible or regulated activities, clause (II) is substituted. In paragraph 8, amendments are made to sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii). New paragraph 10 in respect of removal of sand bars is added after paragraph 9.
