Abstract
This Notification is issued in accordance with the Section 40 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002.
The Notification declares that the provisions of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002 shall not apply to certain biological resources, provided they are traded as commodities(such as medicinal plants, horticultural crops).
