Odisha Pani Panchayat (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Odisha Act 4 of 2015).

This Act amends the Odisha Pani Panchayat Act, 2002 (principal Act). Clause (g) of section 2 of the principal Act is amended. Sub-section (1) of section 4 is amended. Sub-section (5) of section 7 is amended and sub-section (2) of section 10 is substituted. A new provision is inserted after sub-section (2) of section 32 if the principal Act.
