Abstract
This Act, consisting of 43 Sections, is enacted to provide for the establishment of a water supply and sewerage board for rapid development and proper regulation of water supply and sewerage service in the State of Odisha and for the matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.
Sections 15-16 provide for the duties, functions and powers of the Board. The Act further makes provisions for: the funds of the Board, water supply and sewerage service, offences and penalties, fees and charges, etc.
