Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Amendment Rules, 2014.

These Rules amend the Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000, (principal Rules). The definition of protocol given in clause (m) of Rule 2 of the principal Rules is substituted. In Rule 3, sub-rule (2) is substituted, new sub-rules (2A), (2B) and (2C) are added, and sub-rules (3) and (4) are amended. In Rule 5, sub-rule (1) is substituted, sub-rule (2) is amended and new sub-rule (2A) is added. Further, Rules 8, 9, 10, 14 and 15 are amended. Schedules II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X and XI are amended.
