Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Amendment Rules, 2007.

These Rules amend the Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 (principal Rules). Clauses (d) and (j) of Rule 2 in the principal Rules are amended. In Rule 3, sub-rule (1) is amended and sub-rules (3) and (4) are substituted. A new sub-rule (2A) is added after sub-rule (2) in Rule 9. Further, Rules 10 and 13 are amended. Schedules I, II, IV, V, VI and IX are amended.
