Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulations and Control) Amendment Rules, 2019.

These Rules amend the Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000, (principal Rules). In Rule 5 of the principal Rules, after sub-rule (2A), new sub-rule (2B) is inserted which prohibits issuance of license for import of HCFC-141b into India from 1st January, 2020. Schedules IV and VII of the principal Rules are amended.
