Abstract
The Rules provide for the institution in every district of a Society for Prevention of Cruelty to animals, of whose Board at least two members shall be representatives of the Animal Welfare Organizations already existing. The Government shall provide the Society with land and facilities in order to set up infirmaries and animal shelters.
