Abstract
The Rules provide for the prevention and protection of animal from cruelty, unnecessary pain, overwork, torture when used to draw carriages and loaded with packs or people as it happens for buffaloes, ponies, mules, horses and camels. Tables indicates how to calculate the maximum load allowed.
