Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Act, 2015

This Act provides the State Government the power to establish a State Water Resources Advisory Council and the Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Authority to adopt an integrated water resources management approach for management and development of river basins and sub-basins in the State. Additionally, the Act details the composition, powers and functions of the Council and the Authority respectively.
