Abstract
This notification amends the Environmental Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 (principal Notification). In the principal Notification, item 1(c) of the Schedule pertaining to river valley projects requiring prior environmental clearance is substituted to include River Valley and hydro-electric Projects with and without pump storage, and standalone pump storage.
