S.O. 980(E). - Amendment to the Environmental Impact Assessment Notification 2006.

This notification amends the Environmental Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 (principal Notification). In the principal Notification, in paragraph 2, pertaining to the requirements of prior environmental clearance, clause (ii) and (iii) are substituted. In paragraph 7, sub-paragraph (i) is amended, and clauses (b) and (c) of sub-paragraph (ii) are amended. Further, Item 5(g) of the Schedule to the Notification is amended and Appendix XIII, relating to verification of no increase in pollution load is substituted.
