Abstract
Every municipal authority is responsible for the collection, segregation, storage,transportation,, processing and disposal of municipal solid wastes, meaning solid or semi-solid commercial and residential and post-treatment bio-medical wastes with the exclusion of industrial hazardous ones. The same Authority shall provide for a waste disposal facility, that shall be able to dispose of solid. semisoli and liquid wastes by processing them, transforming part of it in pellets, deposit them in specific landfilling areas preventing any soil, water or air pollution, recycilng them or dispose in any eological-oriented method.
