Abstract
This Act amends the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council Act, 2005.
In the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council Act, 2005, in section 91 in sub-section (1), for the words /1 a majority" appearing in betvveen the words "carried by" and /1 of the", the words /1 nvo-third majority" shall be substituted.
