Abstract
This Act provides for the makin of records of habitation of land in rural abadi areas of Uttar Pradesh. Chapter I contains the short title, extent, commencement and definitions. Chapter II provides for record of abadi – agriculture land or village habitation land, the process for survey and record operation of abadi. Chapter III makes provisions for updation and mutation in abadi records in undisputed cases. Chapter IV provides for fee for Survey, mutation, updation, maintenance of records etc. to be set by the authority.
