Abstract
These Rules make further provision for matters related to the constitution of the State Board responsible for the prevention and control of water pollution.
The Rules provide for: terms and conditions of service of the members of the State Board and of Committees of the State Board; fees and allowances to be paid to Board members; powers and duties of the chairman and member-secretary and appointment of officers and employees; budget of the State Board; annual reports, accounts and reports of the State Board; functions of the State Water Laboratory; application form for obtaining consent of the Board for establishing any industry likely to discharge sewage into a stream, well or land; etc.
