Abstract
Minor amendment of Section 2. Substitution of certain sentences. Addition of a new Section 16 replacing the former one, whereas the power of granting exemption of the water cess levy shall be taken accordingly to the nature of raw material used, how it is processed and so on. Schedule I shall be omitted and Schedule II shall be susbstituted.
