These Rules are enacted un accordance with the West Bengal Cattle Licensing Act, 1959.
The Rules provide for the conditions and the form of applications for licenses, and for renewal of licenses, the form of the licenses, the fees to be paid for granting licenses, and procedures to be followed by the Licensing Authority, etc.
