Abstract
This Act provides for the protection and preservation of wild animals and birds.
The State Government shall declare the whole territory or any part thereof to be a closed time throughout the whole or any part of its territories in which it shall be prohibited to capture, kill, sell, buy or posses any of the animals specified in the Schedule.
Penalty provisions are given in the Act.
