Abstract
No licensee shall acquire, receive, keep in his control, custody, or possession, any specified animal or any animal article, trophy, uncured trophy or meat derived therefrom without permisison of the Chief Wild Life Warden or any other officer whom the State Government may appoint. Every application for such permission shall be made in Form I. Every licensee to whom permission has been granted shall submit, to the Officer who had granted the permission, report regarding the stocks of specified animal or animal article, trophy, uncured trophy or meat, within a period of the acquisition, reciept, or keeping of the same in his control, custody or possession. Every licensed taxidermist or licensed manufacturer shall, at the time of returning the trophy or animal article, issue a voucher to the owner of the said trophy or animal article. No licensee shall transport from one place to another within the State any specified animal, animal article, trophy or uncured trophy derived therefrom, except with the previous permission of the Officer.
