Abstract
This Act amends the Law of 26 May 1975 on Development of Agriculture in Agricultural Hubs. In particular articles 5, 6, and 12 are amended. According to the Law the enforcement of the Law on Development of Agriculture in Agricultural Hubs depends on the availability of financial and technical resources of the Ministry of Agriculture, as well as the willingness of the majority of farmers concerned.
