Amendment of the Regulation on Preparation and Combating the Harmful Effects of the Phenomenon of Dust in the Country.

The Regulation, which consists of 5 articles, amends few provisions of the Regulation on Preparation and Combating the Harmful Effect of the Phenomenon of Dust in the Country of 12 July 2009. The Regulation obliges the Ministry of Communication to improve the telecommunication infrastructures in order to promote and develop the networks for environmental monitoring of the air pollution. Department of Environment and the Meteorological Organization are also required to promote and improve the equipment of the air pollution monitoring stations.
